Tim Tams are a unique type of chocolate biscuit made by Australia food company Arnott's. Tim Tams, named after the winner of the Kentucky Derby (1958), were introduced by Arnott's in 1964. Since then it has become a staple snack in Australia. Composed of two layers of chocolate malt biscuit, separated by a light chocolate cream filling and coated in a thin layer of textured chocolate, this treat is a favorite for it's unique taste. Snack lovers have reported that it goes well with hot chocolate or coffee.
