  • What is Treats?

    Treats is a subscription service for international snacks. Every month we prepare a box snacks from other countries and ship it your address.

  • What kind of snacks will I receive?

    Your items could range from Cheesecake Kit Kats to Poprocks-infused Cotton Candy to Chocolate Flavored Hippos. The range of snacks that you can receive is ecletic, but expect to receive interesting snacks you’ve never seen before! You can get an idea of the snacks we send by visiting our Explore Treats page.

  • How many snacks do I get with my box of Treats?

    We feature two types of boxes, the "Standard Pack" and the "Premium Pack". The "Standard Pack" contains 4 to 5 international snacks, and the "Premium Pack" contains 8 to 10 international snacks.

  • How long are your subscription plans?

    At the moment we only offer month-to-month subscription plans.

  • Are the snacks in my box chosen from a different country every month?

    Thats correct! Each month's box will feature snacks from a different country in the world. The name of the country is kept a secret until you recieve the box!

  • I just placed an order. How do I know what snacks will be in my box?

    The snacks in your box will be a secret until you receive the box. Your box will include an information card that provides the names of all the snacks you receive. You can also learn more information on your snacks from the Explore Treats page.

  • If live outside of the United States, is there a chance I could receive Treats from my own country?

    At the moment there is a chance you might be sent a box of Treats that is indigenous to your country or region. In the long run, if you are an international customer, we will enable the option for you to avoid receiving snacks from your own country.

  • Can I subscribe to Treats if I have allergies?

    If you have allergies, we recommend against subscribing to Treats at the moment, as some of the snacks in the boxes contain common allergens such as wheat.

  • Do snacks in the box contain any form of meat, such as pork?

    Yes, they do. We recommend vegans and vegetarians and anyone who cannot eat specific types of meat (such as beef, pork or chicken) to refrain from eating our snacks because some of the snacks contain ingredients made with meat.

  • Orders

  • What are your accepted payment methods?

    We accept credit cards or debit cards on our Checkout page. All of our payments are processed through the Stripe Payment Processor .

  • How can I send a subscription of Treats to someone else as a gift?

    First select the package you would like to send them and proceed to Checkout. Once you are on the Checkout page, enter the recipient's name and address under the "Shipping Address" section. Continue to fill out your payment information and once you're done, and click "Check Out" button. The subscription will now be shipped to the gift recipients for the duration of the subscription!

  • How soon are my orders processed?

    Your orders are processed on the same day they are received. Your box will then be shipped out within a week.

  • What time of the month and I re-billed for my subscription?

    Your subscription is re-billed on the 1st of each month. The same week your subscription is re-billed, we send you your box for the upcoming box.

  • What is the policy on refunds?

    We offer a refund to the retail value of any item in your box that arrive missing or damaged. We also offer a full refund on boxes that were lost during delivery. Please contact us for any refund inquiries at hello@trytreats.com

  • How do I change my billing information?

    You can change your billing information by visiting your Treats Account page. Once you are on the page, scroll down to the “Credit Card” section and click the “Edit" Button. You will then be taken to a page to edit your Credit Card information. Once have finished, click the “Save” button and your billing information will be updated.

  • Can I pause my subscription?

    Yes you can. You can pause your subscription by navigating to your Account page, and clicking the "Edit" button under the "Your Subscription" section of the page. You will then be taken to another page where you can pause your subscription, change your subscription plan or cancel your subscription.

  • Shipping

  • When will my first box be shipped?

    Your first box will be shipped within one week of your order. All other boxes will be shipped to you on the 1st of every month.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes we do, however shipping charges will apply for international shipping.

  • How much does international shipping cost?

    That depends on the box plan you chose and where you're located.
    For the Standard Pack: -Shipping to Canada is $5.56
    -Shipping to Mexico is $9.47
    -Shipping to other countries is $10.73
    For the Premium Pack: -Shipping to Canada is $8.86
    -Shipping to Mexico is $13.15
    Shipping to other countries is $15.80

  • Is shipping free in the United States?

    Yes, shipping is free to any address in the United States.

  • How often do I receive a delivery of Treats?

    We send out your first box of Treats within a week of your order, regardless of when you ordered it. After receiving your first box, we send out subsequent boxes on the first of every month.

  • Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO/MPO addresses?

    Unfortunately we do not. Some of our products include ingredients that are pork by-products, and items containing pork are not allowed for shipping to APO/FPO/DPO/MPO addresses.

  • How do I change my shipping address?

    You can change your shipping address by logging into Treats and visiting your Account page. Once you are on the page, scroll down to the “Shipping Address” section and click the “Edit" Button.” This will take you to a page for editing your shipping information. Once you have finished updating your shipping information, click on the “Save” button on the page and your billing information will be updated. You will then be taken back to your Account page.

  • How long does shipping take?

    All packages are delivered with USPS 2-Day Priority Mail and should arrive at your door two or three business days after the order has been sent out. When your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you track your package. USPS may occasionally encounter delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather. If you encounter any issues with shipping, please contact us at hello@trytreats.com and we will look into it immediately.
