    Yes, shipping is free to any address in the United States.

  • Do you ship worldwide?

    Yes we do! Additional shipping charges will apply for international addresses. For international shipping, we subsidize part of the expense for the shipping in order to reduce your cost.

  • How much does international shipping cost?

    International shipping rates depends on where you're located.
    The shipping rates for the Standard Pack are below: - Shipping to Canada is $5

    - Shipping to France is $7.5
    - Shipping to China is $6.5

  • How often do I receive a delivery of Treats?

    We send out your first box of Treats within 4 business days of your order. After receiving your first box, we send out your subsequent boxes on the 8th of the month, and you should receive your box by the 13th of the month!

  • Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO/MPO addresses?

    Unfortunately we do not. Some of our products include ingredients that are pork by-products, and items containing pork are not allowed for shipping to APO/FPO/DPO/MPO addresses.

  • How do I change my shipping address?

    You can change your shipping address by logging into Treats and visiting your Account page. Once you are on the page, scroll down to the “Shipping Address” section and click the “Edit" Button.” This will take you to a page for editing your shipping information. Once you have finished updating your shipping information, click on the “Save” button on the page and your billing information will be updated. You will then be taken back to your Account page.

  • How long does shipping take?

    All packages in the United States are delivered with First Class Mail or Parcel Select and should arrive at your door two or eight business days after your box is shipped. When your box is shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you track your package.

    International packages are sent via USPS First Class International and International Priority Airmail and the estimated transit time varies from 7-21 days.

    USPS enables tracking on international packages for some countries, and you can view those list of countries here. USPS may occasionally encounter delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disaster, so if you encounter any issues with shipping, please contact us at hello@trytreats.com and we will take care of your issue immediately.
